Nicole Zethelius has built and scaled ESG and data intelligence platforms across finance, energy, and technology, turning complex non-financial data into enterprise infrastructure used by multinational organizations. At Nordea, she created one of the first People Sustainability business units and helped shape ESG data governance at group level. At CGI, she led the development of ESG data hubs and a big-data product supporting CSRD and SFDR reporting. Today, as Executive Chair of a deep-tech clean energy venture, she drives venture strategy and capital readiness to scale breakthrough technology into bankable sustainable infrastructure.
