Prof. Suzanna Elmassah is an economist and sustainability advisor affiliated with Zayed University (UAE) and Cairo University (Egypt). She works at the intersection of ESG strategy, climate finance, and sustainable development, with a focus on the Gulf region and emerging markets. Her advisory and consulting engagements support public and private sector partners on ESG integration, climate-risk governance, transition planning, and impact measurementโlinking strategy to implementation, reporting, and finance. Prof. Elmassah also leads applied research on innovative climate finance mechanisms, investment pipelines, and the enabling conditions for scaling ClimateTech and sustainability solutions. She regularly contributes to policy and industry dialogues on practical pathways for embedding sustainability into business models and decision-making.
