As Minister Counsellor and Head of the Trade Council’s regional work at the Royal Danish Consulate in Dubai, I lead Denmark’s commercial engagement across the MENA region, connecting Danish innovation with regional priorities in food, agriculture, and fisheries. My role is to foster trusted partnerships, navigate market access, and support sustainable solutions that benefit businesses and societies alike.

For over a decade, I led European-owned affiliates in Asia, managing sourcing, commercial operations, and business development across South Asia and the Maldives. This private sector experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face in complex markets — knowledge I now apply in advancing Denmark’s strategic sector cooperation and commercial diplomacy in MENA.
